Hi. I'm Mitchell

I'm an author, creative professional, problem-solving expert, trainer, and certified NLP Master Coach, and I've spent over 30 years empowering individuals and teams to unlock their creative potential.

I've had the privilege of training and coaching thousands of professionals from industry giants like Google, Under Armour, NBCUniversal, Capital One, and Spotify. My expertise has helped them navigate through their creative insecurities, turning them into confident and accomplished creative problem-solvers.

I know firsthand the doubts, struggles, and fears that can hamper creativity potential. That's why I've developed programs, strategies, and tools based on behavioral science that cut through these barriers and guide you toward success.

I'm a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, a former member of the RISD Board of Trustees, and a certified NLP Master Coach Practitioner.

HI, I'M LIZ

I'm a Detroit-born native who grew up in a creative family filled with painters, musicians, and even a Poet Laureate.

Over the years, I've followed my curiosity, passions, and love of learning to enjoy a diverse career that has spanned the fields of fashion, art, design, and architecture, personal & professional development, and wellness. I'm a certified Reiki Master and even completed a full-stack coding boot camp program at Columbia University! Whew!

I'm a graduate of the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) with a degree in cognitive psychology, and a certified NLP Coach Practitioner.
